S. 172 contains flexibility for our higher education institutions in building project funding and it contains requirements for online posting of their spending. I’ve blogged about the process in the past. There was some initial push back for the transparency portion of this legislation, but thankfully, all have embraced transparency. Most institutions have voluntarily posted their transaction online before this requirement.
