I was honored by the Manufactured Housing Institute of South Carolina on Thursday 04.18.13 with the Legislator of the Year for 2012. Most legislation dealing with Manufactured Housing regulations run through Senate Labor, Commerce, & Industry. I’ve always been more confident in the forces of free market competition than government regulation. We have a thriving, competitive market for manufactured homes and we need to keep it that way.
