Representative Michael W. Gambrell, Chairman of the Anderson County Legislative Delegation, has called a Delegation Meeting to be held on Thursday, June 27, 2013 in Courtroom One of Summary Court on the first floor of the Ronald P. Townsend Government Building, 6:00 P.M., at 2404 North Main Street, Anderson, SC.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and approve the budgets of the Anderson County Board of Education; Anderson County Alternative School, Anderson County Fire Protection Commission and the Career and Technology Center in Williamston, SC; to receive and make presentations and to make appointments to the following boards and commissions:
a.Anderson County Children’s Foster Care Review Board 10C (two incumbents);
b.Anderson County Disabilities and Special Needs Board (one incumbent)
c.Anderson County Forestry Board (one incumbent);
d.Anderson County Social Services Board (two incumbents);
e.Anderson County Veterans Affairs Officer (one incumbent)
Anyone interested in applying for appointment to any of the above-mentioned boards or commissions, please contact the Anderson Legislative Delegation Office at 864-260-4025 for an application. The completed applications must be returned to the Delegation Office no later than Monday, June 17, 2013.
