This event will be on the Anderson County Courthouse Steps at 11am on Monday, March 9th. The topic of the gathering will be pending legislation in the General Assembly mandating open and accountable government. Check registers, credit card statements, back room contracts, and other financial reports should be posted online for you, the taxpayer, to see how every nickel and dime is spent.<br \/>\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<br \/>\nAs you know, tax and spend liberals constantly stonewall to keep you from knowing where your money is going. You, the taxpayer, have the right to have easy\u00a0accessibility\u00a0to the information that belongs to you. You, the taxpayer, have the responsibility to demand that your government be as open as possible.
