Our table was on a deck next to a river with a water fall just a few feet away. The B&amp;B\u00a0restaurant\u00a0is situated\u00a0in an old flour mill dating back to 1720. It is on an island (<span>l\u2019\u00cele-d\u2019Orl\u00e9ans) about 20 miles north of Quebec City.
