Fellow Republican Friend,<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our South Carolina Republican Party platform states that we \u201cdeplore\u2026the accumulation of mammoth national debt which undercuts the general welfare of today\u2019s citizens and future generations\u201d and that \u201cwe support a balanced budget amendment to the United States Constitution.\u201d<\/p>\n

Last night, our entire SCGOP Congressional Delegation stood together to vote our party\u2019s principle<\/strong>s.\u00a0I could not be prouder<\/em> of Reps. Duncan, Gowdy, Mulvaney, Scott and Wilson who “resisted arm-twisting by leadership<\/span><\/a>”\u00a0to cut spending, cap government growth and balance the budget. Their example of courage is resonating across the country today.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our Senators and Congressmen in Washington\u00a0heard the call from everyday South Carolinians who want out-of-control spending to stop, <\/strong>and they urgently need our help.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Please call our Republican Delegation and offer support for and endorsement of the difficult position they took in Washington.<\/strong> Also, please consider\u00a0giving a donation<\/span><\/a> to\u00a0help our conservative leaders ward off attacks by the mainstream media and liberal Democrats<\/strong>\u2014our delegation is even being mocked\u00a0for\u00a0giving prayerful consideration to the debt ceiling issue!<\/p>\n

Our entire SCGOP delegation fights everyday to secure the blessings of our liberty against attacks from the left.\u00a0\u00a0Let them know how proud you are of them for standing firm in their conservative values.<\/strong><\/p>\n
