A Customer Service Representative named Tim Costner gave us excellant service, even working with us after hours to get out accout set up. Now Tim&#8217;s much more handsome that this picture reflects as this was the first picture I&#8217;ve taken with my new Moto Q.  I&#8217;ve made a few adjustments and my pictures should improve.
