This facility now employs over 700 people.  Interestingly, over 200 employees will be people with disabilities and special needs.  This category shows 95% unemployment.  Walgreen\u2019s has done the community a great service by extending a helping hand to our citizens with limited abilities.  There are two agencies that play a significant role in this partnership:  Anderson County Disabilities and Special Needs Board &#8211; This board serves people with cognitive and intellectual disabilities.
