This bill, if passed, does two things. 1-Inserts a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.merriam-webster.com\/dictionary\/smidgen\" target=\"_blank\">smidgen<\/a> of free market principles to our healthcare needs, and 2-Will force a conversation and hopefully deregulation of our own state&#8217;s insurance companies.
