The SFC (Senate Finance Committee Budget) does not fund enforcement of illegal immigration. LLR (Department of Labor, Licensing, & Regulation) has confirmed that they cannot fully enforce the new clamp down on illegal immigration.
The RDB (Ryberg/Davis Budget specifically has a line item for illegal immigration enforcement.
Last week, William Wallace Caucus QB, Tom Davis, was chastised on the Senate floor for making the case that the RDB correctly funded illegal immigration and the SFCB does not. Once again, Tom is correct. If you don’t take my word for it, check out the Greenville News.
