Senator Bryant,
I appreciate all you do. I appreciate all the information you gave at the First Monday meeting. I want to publically suggest the development of a new state level law enforcement agency. It should only investigate state agencies including law enforcement including SLED. It should also have a head that is elected like a sheriff so the agency truly answers to the people of South Carolina. The Dept of Revenue needs to stop giving hospitals and other organizations refunds from citizens that are in good standing with their accounts being paid. That is like a car loan or mortgage raiding the funds of a good customer to fulfill the loan. We have got to do more to bring new business into South Carlina and build jobs for current south carolinians. We need South Carolinians to prosper and put money back into our economy. I look forward to the progress you will bring to our state.
