I am disappointed to see Anderson CPC is having the SC Citizens for Life president speak at their banquest. SCCL tried to kill the SC personhood bill when Rep. Ralph Davenport (R-Boiling Springs) was the sponsor, back around 2005 or 2006.
SC Citizens for Life has, according to Jake Knotts, endorsed Jake Knotts for SC Senate.
Jake Knotts supports “exceptions” to a ban on “abortion” for rape, incest, and so-called
“life-of-the-mother”, Jake Knotts has never co-sponsored any of the SC personhood bills,
Jake Knotts blocked us from having a public hearing for S.450 SC personhood bill in 2009-2010 as McConnell’s Judiciary Subcommittee chairman, and Jake Knotts voted against Senator Lee Bright’s brave attempt to Recall the bill on April 13, 2010.
