Sens. Lee Bright, Larry Grooms, Danny Verdin, and myself got a chance to visit with Dr. Ron Paul this afternoon after a very boisterous rally with freedom loving South Carolinians.

I’ve heard Ron Paul is at least 8′ tall and shoots fireballs out of his ars! We all look up to him and we look up to other elected officials who have the balls to endorse a candidate like Ron Paul for President 2012!!!

It is very encouraging to see open-minded politicians who are willing to break away from the political clicks that got our country into this mess. I also think it’s telling that a majority of young people, not just the drug mongering or unemployed punk-band leading youth often stereo-typically displayed by the media, but discerning youth pursuing graduate degrees and injecting creative energy into the workforce, are backing Ron Paul. Once the media beast has no choice but to give Ron Paul fair airtime, the older conservative population will catch on to the message.
Our country deserves a leader with integrity, honesty, courage, and a clear understanding of our Constitution. A man who has been on the same platform for 30 years, waiting for the U.S. public to wake up. Please endorse Ron Paul in 2012!!

Thank You, Senator Bryant!
You are not my Representative (I live far away from SC, though always loved visiting the South, and receiving true Southern hospitality; spoken as a newcomer to this great Nation, so brand new that I could not even write in Dr. Paul last time), but you do represent me on a much higher level than pure geography!

Congressman Paul will never get the endorsements or the votes in my state so all of this is just a big waste to me!
January 16, 2012 @ 6:32 pm
Thank you Senator Bryant for posting!! Freedom lovers everywhere support you and the cause of restoring the Nation!!

I certainly hope that Senator Bryant and other South Carolinians will follow Sen. Davis’ lead and support Dr. Ron Paul. It is time to reduce our govt, end the corruption in DC, get us out of debt, stop interfering with other countries needlessly, and get the Government out of our lives. We’ve been allowing our govt to print fake money, take us to unconstitutional wars, bailout corporations, and play bipartisan political games with our lives for too long. A true leader would get congressional approval before declaring war, lead our country according to the constitution, and support our individual liberties. All of the candidates (democrat and republican) scare me to death because they just seem like the same old status quo in Washington. Wouldn’t it seem logical for the state where the first revolution started to start a new revolution? What’s crazy is that this new revoltution would basically involve following the ideals and principles that our forefathers developed when that important document was written in 1787!

Hahahahahaha! Kevin – I love the attempt to throw that GOP rhetoric back in it there… Way to go man!
Also, yeah you guys all need to endorse Ron Paul. Do it guys, do it!
January 16, 2012 @ 4:12 pm
Please do the right thing and endorse Dr. Ron Paul. The American people deserve a true patriot like him, that truly cares about this country and its people, not the big corps and corrupt system.

I’m 5’11”, so maybe he’s not standing very straight in this picture, This pic was taken on my cell phone and didn’t turn out to well.
The real issue is the $177 trillion unfunded US liability (& counting) thrust on our grand children is not very pretty either
January 16, 2012 @ 3:58 pm
Ya Ron Paul I believe is 6 even or maybe 6’1″ I met him and shook his hand on in Iowa last month. He seemed taller than me and I am 6 even.

Are you guys all short or is Ron Paul standing on a box? The reason I ask is that the mainstream media keep referring to Ron Paul as “diminutive.” Maybe they are doing that in attempt to marginalize him so he doesn’t gain more traction. You know, “little man, little mind.” I don’t think their tactic is working somehow and Paul always struck me as average in height.
Anyway, I’m glad to see that there are some real tea party fiscal conservatives in the state senate.

What’s with Dan? He must be a Santorum lover. And by Santorum, I don’t mean the politician.
